Our bonus program is our way of thanking you for your purchases and for your loyalty. For every order, we credit your account with points that you can easily turn into a discount on your next purchase. Essentially, we give you back up to 5% of your order value - fair, clear, and without complicated calculations. You will also receive credits on other occasions, such as when you register or on your birthday.

Here are some key details about how our loyalty system works:

Collecting credits for purchases

The amount of credits you earn for an order depends on the level of the loyalty program you are currently in.

After registering in this new e‑shop, you will automatically be placed in the “Basic Level”. However, as a welcome gift, until 31/06/2026 you will have the credit‑earning conditions of the “Bronze” level. This means that you will receive credits worth 3% of your purchase.

After that, you will always be placed in the level that corresponds to your purchases over the last 6 months, which means you can move between levels in both directions.

Additionally, many of you know that in our previous e‑shop you also collected points, but you could not use them as a discount on your next order. The credit calculation also worked differently. The important thing is that you will not lose your “old” credits. Every newly registered customer will find these unused points / credits in their account, recalculated so that they match the new loyalty program.

How to redeem your credits

If you are logged into your customer account, you will see in the cart how many credits you have available. You can apply them as a discount with one click, and the system will automatically convert them into a coupon. How many credits you choose to redeem is entirely up to you. The only condition is a minimum order value of 40 €.

You always have an overview

After logging into your customer account, you can check your current credit balance and your transaction history at any time.

Credit validity

Your credits are valid for 180 days, and in your account you can see when each credit is due to expire. Use them regularly and in advance — we'll notify you by email in time.

Combining discounts

Since credits are converted into a coupon when redeemed, and only one coupon can be used per order, you cannot use another coupon at the same time — for example during a promotion. In such a case, you must choose which discount to apply. However, because your credits are valid for 180 days, you can easily save them for a future order.

Returns and cancelled orders

If you return a purchased product or the entire order, the credits you earned for that purchase are removed, and your credit balance is recalculated back to the previous state.
