PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
PERFECT WHITE is a beautiful chalk-white UV gel with exceptionally high coverage. It's perfect for creating a classic French manicure, but also works brilliantly as a base for neon pigments or to enhance the brightness of neon-color gels.
Thanks to its strong pigmentation, it covers in just one thin layer. The gel has a tacky dispersion layer, making it ideal for applying pigments or powders. It doesn't run, doesn't yellow, and ensures a clean, precise application.
